We are four University of South Carolina students who had the incredible opportunity to study abroad for two and a half weeks in Munich and Berlin, Germany. We worked on a group project while abroad that compared sustainability efforts in Germany to those in the United States. We discovered that Germany is significantly further along in terms of sustainability than America through research, walking around, and interviews. Now that we've returned home, we're considering what we've learned and how we'll apply in the future.
